This beautiful single story 3B/2BA home sits on 0.75 acres in the Mossy Oaks neighborhood of Beaufort. Less than a half mile from the Mossy Oaks Elem. & junior high. Centrally located in Beaufort's quiet Mossy Oaks neighborhood, you'll be minutes from downtown, Parris Island & Hunting Island. It's only 4 miles to downtown Beaufort's waterfront park, marina, shops, restaurants and entertainment. 3 miles to Sands Beach in Port Royal. 19 miles to Hunting Island State Park and Beach. If the ocean calls your name, enjoy our beach chairs, beach towels and Hunting Island State Park Pass for a day at the beach.

Excellent

The house was clean, nice and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. My family and l had some good quality time. The kids liked it so much they even ask us to make an offer on the house if the owner is selling it. If somebody is looking for quiet and peaceful neighborhood l would definitely recommend this area. The owner was easy to reach. She is very, very nice.Trina thanks again for your hospitality.

We're from North Carolina and we fell in love with Beaufort years ago. We now use this home as a home away from home and try to share the beauty of Beaufort when we're not in town.
