Walk one minute in the other direction, and you are at the public access to the lagoon where you can launch kayaks, SUPs, or just enjoy the water. This stunning 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a spacious open kitchen, dining area, and living area and large private backyard oasis for grilling and chilling.
*PLEASE NOTE there is a full apartment on the garage level that is rented separately from the top level. If occupied during your stay, please know that these tenants will not have access to the backyard areas. HOUSE RULES:

-Parking is provided on the RIGHT hand side of driveway for up to 2 cars, the left side of driveway is for guests of the apartment.
-Small event/gatherings up to 20 guests are allowed, WITH HOST'S APPROVAL!! Event deposit is required. Please clean up after your gathering or extra cleaning fees may be incurred.
**IF YOU FAIL TO GET HOST'S APPROVAL BEFORE AN EVENT, A FEE WILL BE INCURRED**
-No outside noise from 10 PM - 7AM. *police being called for noise or other disturbances will result in immediate eviction of the premises and loss of funds paid*
-BBQ is available for use, but please be respectful and clean up after your yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.
-Bikes are available for use, but please wear a helmet and ride at your own risk!
-You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- NO FLUSHING ANY ITEMS (even flushable items) BESIDES TOILET PAPER DOWN TOILETS.
