Lake Hartwell home near downtown Clemson!
We have a relaxing Lake Hartwell family home with 6 bedrooms. We are 1 mile to downtown Clemson and 2 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium. While there are hills, my family and I have walked home from many games to avoid traffic. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is our full-time home, but we temporarily move out so that our rental guests can enjoy all that Clemson offers. Please be mindful that this home is not a party rental. We love our neighbors and want to keep them happy.
Our home sits on Lake Hartwell and we have a gradual slope that allows easy access to swim. There is a large deck on the back porch and a detached screened-in summer house for relaxing in the evenings. You can not beat a Clemson sunset!
