Located in a quiet neighborhood in West Asheville, this pet friendly home was completely renovated in 2023. Location? Only 15 minutes to the Biltmore, the Blueridge Parkway, New Belgium Brewery and downtown Asheville. Only 10 minutes to trendy Haywood Road in West Asheville, home of funky, independent restaurants, breweries and shops.
The master bedroon has a new King size bed with a memory foam mattress and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a new Queen bed with a memory foam mattress. A Sealy pullout couch sleeps two more.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything a family needs to cook, dine and feel at home. The family room has a large leather couch, along with a leather recliner and accent chair. The cozy living room has its own smart tv.
Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board included.
Relax by the fire pit in the private, FENCED back yard, great for pets. Grill some burgers on the gas grill and eat at the outdooor table.

Lovely space with a secluded backyard
My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs. The space was great, especially if you have another couple or kids staying as well. There is plenty of room, two living spaces and the bedrooms are far enough apart to afford plenty of privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry room was great! The house is in a populated neighborhood, but it is surrounded by foliage and a fence, so it feels private. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Missed expectations
The property itself was well taken care of. The issue I had was with the location. It appeared to be in the country by the listing but it was not. In fact, it was in a questionable neighborhood surrounded by run down trailers and unkept homes. My wife and I never actually felt safe. Also every morning starting around 4am a couple of roosters would start crowing.

Clean, private with comfortable beds. Really appreciated the fenced in back yard for our dogs. Also appreciated that Louis had thought of every detail to make our stay easy like providing the basics for cooking and even an extra dog bed. Location was great for getting to Asheville or surrounding vicinity. Uber eats even delivered there! Highly recommend!

Stayed overnight for a concert and everything was so nice! The house was so cute, with lots of space and only about a 10 minute drive from where we needed to be. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, quiet, spacious and comfortable! All needs met with nice suprises of water bottles, coffee and tea (British spouse was pleased!), toiletries and wood for fire pit. Good location and easy to get to all that Asheville has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Spent 2 nights at Rustic retreat. House was immaculate and well furnished. Loved the fenced in back yard and big deck. Lots of extras like snacks, bottled water, coffee/tea choices, and more supplies in laundry room if needed. No scrimping here. Furniture was oversized and comfortable. Fairly quiet neighborhood in a more rural part of West Asheville, but easy access to main roads. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Overall, great stay!
