Clean comfortable 3 bedroom home in quiet safe, family friendly neighborhood. House sits directly across from fresh water pond with Private Beach access to PINECREST BEACH for swimming, fishing & kayaking. You can use our bikes on property to ride around our beautiful Pond.. 1 mile to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and ferry in beautiful downtown Falmouth. 2 miles to town beaches makes it perfect to reduce the traffic. Our home has all the amenities & then some, included are sheets & towels, also paper products. Central Air Conditioning, Free Cable & WIFI, 3 TV's & DVDs , printer & fax. Laundry Room. We include all beach accessories, umbrellas, coolers and fishing poles. Also Porto Crib & High chair.
Large Game Room downstairs with plenty of games & accessories for kids to escape. Child Cam so you can feel safe when children are playing. Large yard with outdoor games included, picnic table & patio furniture with propane grill. I have been renting for 20 years. I have a family so I know how it is to travel & rent homes. Ive tried to think of everything for the convenience of the guests, as I take pride in renting and want to help other travelers enjoy a stress free vacation by providing an immaculately clean, safe and well equipped home for them to stay.
Why they chose this property
My father built this home for our family summer home. I've been in this area my whole life. I've kept the property so my children could enjoy the same fun summers I was fortunate enough to. The property is spacious and comfortable, immaculately clean. The neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet. The home is well kept.
What makes this property unique
The benefits of the property are: comes with a Private Beach where you can swim, fish & kayak. They also have a guard on duty. My home is directly across the street from Jenkins fresh water Pond. Peacefully serene, you can walk or bike around the pond. The neighborhood is wonderful. I also provide every amenity and then some, you only need your clothes & food, the home has everything else.
