Welcome to this cozy and conveniently located Airbnb! The three bedrooms offer a king, queen, and bunk beds, designed for ultimate comfort with memory foam mattresses, designer sheets, and blackout shades for a restful night's sleep.
In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sectional and a 65-inch Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the space and appliances you need to prepare meals in a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
Centrally located near major highways I-84 and Route 72, this space is just a 20-minute drive from Hartford and less than 10 minutes from Lake Compounce amusement park and Mount Southington Ski Area. If you enjoy hiking, Sessions Woods and Ragged Mountain Preserve are both a 15-minute drive away.
For dining and entertainment, you'll find great bars and restaurants in the area. J. Timothy’s is famous for its wings, Rebel Dog Coffee Co. offers excellent coffee, and Relic Brewing Co. is a fantastic brewery with a friendly atmosphere, all located less than 8 minutes from your Airbnb. **Security and Exterior Cameras:**
Your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. Please be aware that we have installed exterior cameras to enhance the overall safety of the property.
**Privacy Assurance:**
We respect your privacy and want you to feel at ease during your stay. Rest assured, there will never be any cameras inside your space. Your personal space is completely private and secure.

Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 Medium/Large Dog or 2 small dogs.** NON- SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC ONLY*** Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dogl/ Per Night and needs to be paid through the resolution center the day you book.
If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. I do not suggest letting your dog loose. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal.
- Absolutely no unwarranted parties allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of a party will result in eviction.
- Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not.
- Guests must be 25+ years of age to book, and the entire group should also be 25+ unless approved by the host.
- Any sign of illegal activities, including underage drinking or smoking marijuana on the property without consent, will result in an instant cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a minimum fine of $500.
- No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. So, don’t risk it.
- Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $50/hr fee in 1-hour increments, with a maximum of 2 hours. Any later will result in an additional $500 fee.
- Smoking inside the unit will result in a $350 ozone cleaning fee in addition to the security deposit.
- If guests need something mailed, there is a $50 charge plus the cost of shipping.
- Quiet hours are from 9 PM outside. The first noise/neighbor complaint received after quiet hours will result in a $250 fine. Any additional noise complaints will lead to immediate termination of the stay with no refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Only 2 cars are allowed, and any cars parked on the grass will incur a $250 fine per car.
- Reservation changes are subject to approval, and if allowed, a minimum of 50% of all adjusted/removed dates will be withheld by the host. No reservation date adjustments are allowed within 30 days of booking.
- Guests must clean up all garbage outside from the yard every night. Failure to
do so will incur a $50 excessive cleanup fee.
- If applicable, guests are responsible for cleaning up any furniture and keeping
the grill clean (if used) upon departure.
- Host reserves the right to request proof of identification at any time.
- Legal: This property is available only for single-family living or up to 4 unrelated persons living as a single housekeeping unit. Transient rental is not permitted, and the minimum booking length is one week or multiples of one week.
- Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly.
- Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds.
- All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence.
- All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Communication is very important to us. We would greatly appreciate it if any issues could be communicated directly to us, rather than being left in a review.
