Nice place for my family to stay while I had surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Has everything you need and is close to the Lake.. Note that the Dryer does not work but owner has been notified.
Johnathan and Rebecca were great hosts. What we appreciated the most were the very comfortable beds and the AC for the unusually hot weather. Kitchen so fully equipped, it felt like home. Four houses away from the Lake Erie metropark, which offered a one mile walk on the coastline to the sandy swimming beach. A pleasant, quiet retreat for a wonderfully restful vacation!
My siblings and I stayed at this house for an out of state wedding. The house served our purposes wonderfully. The neighborhood was amazing and having the host next-door was an extra. He notified us of a concert at the end of the street, which was a very pleasant surprise!! I would highly recommend this and I’m looking forward to returning for another visit.
Coming from the western part of the states, didn't know what to expect. The house had lots of space, several bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. Nice clean bathroom. Only yards away from the edge of lake erie. Would highly recommended. Fyi several room used portable a/c units that worked well. A bit noisey but that's what is used in the eastern states. Thanks to our host!
For the small size, they managed to get a fair number of rooms into the house design. The owner put in some unique touches such as yoga mats in a workout room upstairs and a TV/stereo in a room downstairs.
It is 4 houses away from a nice park that looks out over lake Erie (there is no beach to access but the view is nice and the park is pleasant and includes picnic benches.)
The host was good at communicating and made everything simple. It was convenient to be able to park in the driveway.
This is a very nice home, You can tell that it is a family home and the neighborhood is quiet and seemingly full of long-time home owners which makes you feel very safe. As a solo female traveler, I never felt unsafe in the property or in the neighborhood. The home is on a dead end street where you're able to walk and watch the sunset or sunrise over Lake Erie. It is a three bedroom with the main bedroom being on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The mattresses felt hotel grade, so you will have no problem getting a good night's sleep. There's also a very nice size kitchen as well as a TV room in the back which is big enough for about four to five people to be able to lounge very comfortably. It is a one bathroom with a big walk-in shower, which is on the first floor. In addition, the house came with wifi, charging cords, as well as Apple TV. Communication with the owner was very easy, and he responded quickly to any request. Overall, it is a nice house that I would recommend, the only thing missing is that there are no other mirrors outside of the over-the-sink mirror in the bathroom.
