Apartamento lindo

Apartamento pequeno mas muito bonito, bem decorado e com muitos utensílios úteis. Localização excelente, comércio rico ao redor. Só como sugestão, poderiam informar que não possui água potável, acredito que se alguém chega num horário ruim pode ter dificuldade para achar para comprar.

GOSTAMOS MUITO DO ESPAÇO E LOCALIZAÇÃO. APESAR DE PEQUENO, É MUITO ACONCHEGANTE E GOSTOSO. POIS, SÓ USAMOS A NOITE DEVIDO MUTAS ATIVIDADES DIÁRIAS ATÉ AS 21:30. QUANTO A LIMPEZA DO AMBIENTE, NÃO FOI 100% POIS, AO ANDAR DESCALÇO SUJAMOS MUITO OSPÉS, PARA QUEM FICOU HORAS LIMPANDO UM ESPAÇO TÃO PEQUEO, DEVERIA ESTAR BEM LIMPINHO E O CHÃO ESTAVA SUJO. NÃO ENCONTRAMOS BALDE PARA FAZER A LIMPEZA. ENTÃO, DEIXAMOS COMO ESTAVA. PORÉM, GOSTAMOS DO ATENDIMENTO E HOSPITALIDADE. A HIGIENE DO ESPAÇO É OUTRO DETALHE. MARAVILHOSO

Apartamento maravilhoso, confortável, bem decorado e completo. Super equipado, atendeu a todas as minhas expectativas e necessidades. Dormi muito bem, e ficava no centro de uma área comercial onde eu encontrava TUDO. Banco, farmácia, supermercado, salão, lojas de fast food ( Mc Donald´s, subway, kone, açai e etc), padaria, e qualquer outra coisa que precisa. Foi perfeito. Além de ser perto da ESAF, local onde eu estava fazendo um curso. INDICO!!!!!

A great place to be!!

My stay in this flat was great. I had everything I needed and the flat was exactly like it was described on the website. The flat was clean, well-equipped and the owner was so helpful and always there to give advice and information. What's more, there are lots of shops around the flat and this is really convenient since it is not located in the town center. I would like to thank Fabio for his willingness to help and to find solutions when I had problems. He really did everything he could to make my trip easier and more pleasant and I am really thankful for that. In a nutshell, my trip to Brasil was one of the greatest moments in my life and I can't wait to go back there as soon as possible...and in the same flat :)

Perfect

The owner is very pleasant, the flat is perfect, clean and very pretty. The kitchen is wonderfull. The decoration is very nice. Closed from the botanic garden, restaurants, stores.... all thag for a cheap price... Enjoy !

Otimo apartamento no Lago Sul

Passei um ótimo momento nesse apartamento. Era limpo, funcional, agradável e tem tudo no bairro mesmo incluído um salão de beleza, um supermarket e restaurantes. O Jardim Botânico fica a 5/10 min a pena. Fábio e Josy ficam disponíveis para qualqueira pergunta, dúvida o demanda. Muito bom! Recomando !

O anúncio descreve com exatidão o imóvel. O apartamento é compacto mas não não deixa de ser confortável. O mesmo está em excelente estado de conservação, limpeza adequada, todo estruturado com itens e produtos de qualidade, decoração primorosa, bem arejado e quando utilizado o ar condicionado climatiza todo o apartamento. A localização do mesmo é perfeita, tudo o que se precisa tem na parte térrea do prédio e entorno, desde de supermercados com produtos selecionados, restaurantes e lanchonetes para todos os gostos tais como: China in box, Sushi Louco, Pizzaria, Mc Donald´s e Subway, papelaria, loteria, banco, salões, dentistas, médicos, farmácias, pet shops, O Boticário, sorveteria, cafeteria, clinica de estética e etc. Vale resaltar que apesar de ser um comercio completo, o local é tranquilo e sossegado. Eu e meu marido ficamos hospedados neste apartamento pois precisei ir a Brasilia para realizar uma cirurgia delicada e este imóvel me deu todo o conforto necessário no pós operatório e o comercio do local supriu todas as nossas necessidades. Os proprietários são espetaculares. Nos deram todo suporte antes, durante e após a estadia. Pessoas honestas, solicitas e de uma simpatia incrível. Super recomendo... Fábio e Luiz deixo aqui nosso muito obrigado por tudo.

Ótima hospedagem

Eu e minha namorada, Flávia, ficamos hospedados neste apartamento do dia 30/10 até 03/11 de 2015 e foi simplesmente ótimo. O apartamento é bem arejado, tem espaços muito bem definidos e sem contar a bela decoração do lugar. A cozinha é realmente completa. Eu e ela gostamos de cozinhar ao invés de ir em restaurantes e tudo que precisamos o apartamento tinha. O prédio é bem localizado, no meio de um comércio mas ao contrário do que parece, é um local totalmente tranquilo e sem perturbações. Encontra-se um pouco de tudo por lá, numa área bem segura de Brasília. Nós adoramos passar esses dias por lá e esperamos voltar nos próximos feriados ou nas ferias de fim de ano. Gostaria de agradecer também ao Fábio por ter tirado todas as nossas duvidas e ter respondido super rápido aos nossos e-mails. Adoramos a estadia!

Amazing place!

Some friends talked to me about Fabio and Luis and definitely they were right. Fabio and Luis were very attentive, professional and friendly with me. I love you guys. The place is amazing. Good location and all I needed was close (grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants ... and everything inside of the apart. are first class. I loved it. Next time I know where I will stay. thank you guys

Imóvel com excelente infraestrutura interna

O imóvel tem excelent3e infraestrutura interna e em local com vários estilos de restaurantes bem como farmácias e tudo mais que o viajante, em férias ou a negócios, necessita para uma temporada de duração variável. Sua manutenção é primorosa e com excelente assistência. Altamente recomendável. Classe internacional.

Excelente experiência

O apartamento é muito confortável e bem localizado. Conta com todo o aparato para uma estada completa na Capital Federal, com uma ótima cama, ar condicionado, máquina de lavar/secar excelente e super prática, cozinha completa, televisão LED e um pacote de canais bem completo. A localização é bem segura e conta com comércio diversificado, tal qual um bom supermercado, pizzaria, hamburgueria, restaurantes em geral... Gostamos muito e voltaríamos com certeza. Vale a pena ressaltar a gentileza dos proprietários Fábio e Luís, sempre solícitos e de uma simpatia contagiante. Parabéns e obrigado! Recomendamos muito o apartamento do Lago Sul.
