Ground Floor Condo at Las Palomas, one of the few Phase 1 ground floor condo with 3.5 Bedrooms (3 bedrooms and a bunk room ) and 3 bathrooms in the Rental Pool.

One of the Bedrooms is a separate locked in suite with its own full bathroom.

In addition to the 3 bedrooms, we also offer a bunk room for additional sleeping flexibility. This bunk room features a twin bed over a full bed!

2 Sleeper sofas for additional guests or flexibility in accommodations.

Located in Phase 1, Opalo Building this condo offers a great private patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas.

Maximize vacation time - No need to wait for elevators.

Late September stay

Location at resort wonderful. Loved being on ground level. Made it very easy to go to pools and beach. Loved having a kitchen. We cooked a lot. Tv great for little kids after swimming. Washing machine didn’t work which was bummer. Air conditioning wasn’t strong enough in back guest room so it was too warm at night.

Wonderful escape

What a perfect trip!! Check in was quick, easy and painless!! The "room" was amazing! The views and the proximity to everything within the resort were amazing!! The grills that are available for use were THE cleanest I've ever seen! They looked brand new, housekeeping does an amazing job around the grounds! We have stayed at several other resorts, this is most definately in the top two!! We will be back!! =D

This property exceeded our expectations. Super roomie, there were 8 of us and we still had room for more. We hosted a friends/family dinner for 25 and never was cramped for space at all. Highly recommend!

I do like being high up for the view but the convenience of ground floor (and you have a long private area, so you're not next to the noise). 3 nice bedrooms, a bunk-bed room and a couch that folds out. Only minor issues experienced to be aware of or ask the owner about if you stay (which you should): * if you like to cook there you may be missing things: can opener was hard to use, they have a great ninja blender, but no drink shaker, no plastic plates for kids (yes plastic gobbets), no loaf pans (to make flan, but that's probably unfair), no wooden spoons for cooking (some plastic ones can work), no measuring cups/spoons, could use a few more work bowls and plastic storage containers for fridge. There are probably 6 giant empty drawers so there is room. * sliding door to porch-bedroom wont lock (the handle is loose so wont latch) * the same bedroom shower had lukewarm water (could still take a shower in it though, others were fine) * probably some annoying irrational (covid-era?) policy by the resort, but unlike other rental shares where previous guests will leave common low-use items that future guests can keep using (plastic wrap, foil, ANY spices (for some reason salt/pepper is there and ok with this strange policy) ), there is none of this here. It's really a dumb policy. Don't let the list above dissuade you from staying here, it's a great place, but ask questions and plan accordingly based on your needs and the info above.

Our accommodations were perfect for our family. The patio was great and the walk to the pools and beach were close but we still had privacy. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and were very polite. I would recommend this resort to everyone for a nice getaway

Christmas at Rocky point

The Condo smelled and looked clean upon arrival. Front desk was super helpful/ parking was convenient and easy. This condo is so pretty with an enormous deck and a quick few stairs to the great pools. we had a beautiful view of the ocean as well! I was pleasantly surprised that there was tables or chairs on the deck as a picture did not show any, so he brought chairs but did not need them as there is plenty of seating on the deck. The pools were heated!! That was amazing! Restaurant on site was great. Very nice venue. Only issues were we had to plung the toilet upon arrival as it was clogged with fem products from someone before we arrived. It was gross. The toilet in that bathroom continued to clog during the stay even though we only used it for number 1. The sink in the other bathroom clogged as well and the TV remotes we're missing in 2 bedrooms. The cab openers don't work so we had to skip the meals we had with cans. That aside. The maintenance came to fix the plumbing right after we dicided it was time to call. I was so happy that the sink had a separate spout with filtered water and the freezer ice was also safe. The bedding and beds were great. We had plenty of room for the whole family and had a wonderful time. I graded lowering communication only bc the VBRO app did not work for MESSAGES. However, the owner was very receptive when I first booked and answered my questions. I would go to this VBRO Again!
