This cute cottage is a perfect house for 2 couples - and very convenient to the local area. Be sure to lock the trash can - we did see a bear in the woods behind the house!
What a great place! Loved the decor and all the sweet touches. Espresso, coffee or tea, fully stocked spice cabinet and comfy beds! Close to Asheville and surrounding areas. Highly recommend!
Our stay at Parker House was over the top. Seamless check-in, fresh flowers, very well equipped kitchen including spices. Everything is brand new and top quality including wonderful mattresses. This renovated little house was perfect for our stay to explore the Asheville area and go to The Biltmore. The house is off of a main road so there is some road noise but that wasn’t a deterrent for us. Convenience to the main travel roads was helpful. Nick was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed eating at Nachos and Beer close by and FarmBurger downtown while there. Ingles is close by for groceries too. Great place!
