Located in The Village at Camelback, at the very top of the mountain, this charming four-story townhouse has just been renovated 5/2021. Within this securely gated community, you'll have access to the clubhouse which includes pool, hot tub, gym, etc. Steps away from everything that the Poconos has to offer, the townhouse features a large common area with a fireplace, a wet bar and cathedral ceilings, full functioning kitchen and private balcony. There is also an outdoor front deck that is perfect for BBQing or just chilling out.
The townhouse had 3 bedrooms and a finished basement with 2 futons. It sleeps 10 comfortably. The view is spectacular!
Common Space:
Our living room features two couches and a recliner, cathedral ceiling, fireplace, breakfast nook , kitchen island and a wet bar. Sliding glass doors allow abundant natural light inside and open up to a private corner balcony. There are two outdoor spaces to enjoy anytime of year. The second out door space is the front deck with outdoor seating and grill for use.
We have just installed a 82" Class Q6DT QLED 4K UHD HDR Smart TV in the Living room.
In the lower level we installed a 65" Class NanoCell 81 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV.

Top floor loft space: 1 queen bed, 1 full bath.
Bottom floor bedroom one: 1 queen bed, 1 full bath with jacuzzi tub.

Kitchen:
Full kitchen with stocked cabinets (dishware, silverware, utensils, paper towels, etc.), fully functional stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, island with bar stool seating.
We have a two coffee machines so that you can get the day started with a pot of joe for the whole family or just a KCup for the solo drinker. Want to make some chili for after a long day on the slopes or at camel beach ? We've got the crockpot and toaster ready to go!

-Please note the cleaning fee also includes the community rental fee which gets you access to the pool, gym, sauna, tennis/basketball courts, parking, etc.

Community Sports Complex:
As a part of your stay, you have full access to the community sports complex which houses an indoor heated pool, hot tub, full gym, and indoor/outdoor tennis courts.
-Gym and indoor tennis courts are open from 9am-5pm, 7 days/week.
-Outdoor tennis courts are open during spring, summer and autumn months only - hours vary.
-Pool hours vary as well - please check prior to your stay if interested.
The townhouse is located in the Village at Camelback gated community. This private residence is within walking distance of Camelback Mountain Resort and the communities sports complex.
Guests must abide by The Village at Camelback rules and regulations.
Check-in/Check-out:
Upon arrival, all guests must check in at the community center. The staff will provide you with gate access into the community as well as parking passes. After your stay, guests must check out at the community center as well.
Parking:
The community allows 2 cars to park on premise per townhouse. Only two parking passes will be provided to you at check-in by the staff.
Quiet Hours:
10pm - 7am are quiet hours. The community is popular for families with young children. Please be respectful of this rule.
Garbage:
By the end of your stay, all trash/garbage bags must be brought down to the compactor located down the hill by the entrance/exit gates. Please refer to the map in the townhouse for reference. Garbage left in the townhouse after check-out will result with an additional fee.
*DO NOT leave trash outside the townhouse or in ski boxes outside. This will attract wildlife (bear!) to the community and result with an addition fee.
The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants to choose from and a nearby supermarket (Weis Market) to stock up on snacks and groceries for during your stay.
Just a short drive away is Mount Airy Casino (15-20 min drive), Kalahari Indoor Waterpark (15-20 min drive), shopping at the Crossings Outlets (10 min drive) and Big Pocono State Park (5 min drive). The community sports complex is a 5-10 minute walk from the townhouse.
Parking:
The community allows 2 cars to park on premise per townhouse. Only two parking passes will be provided to you at check-in by the staff. There is overflow parking at the entrance of the community.
