The space
This property is truly one of a kind! You’ll be surrounded by lush greenery, tranquil waterfalls and directly across from on the best beaches in Kihei, Kalepolepo beach, known for their ocean cove, also know as a “fish pond.” This area is perfect place for turtle watching (they are usually hanging around the rocks) and nightly sunsets are absolutely amazing!

This is a ground floor unit and is located in a small 64 unit complex that is very private with lush grounds for you to enjoy. Hardwood flooring, 40" flat screen TV, tiled walk in shower, stainless steel appliances, newer Queen sofa sleeper, and an absolutely beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and so much more. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler and so much more for your convenience. No need to rent beach supplies when you stay here, we have everything needed at this unit!

We are offering this condo at an amazing price, as it does sit next to S. Kihei Rd. However, with 2 A/C units in the condo, and new solid pane windows in the bedroom and kitchen for your comfort, these help greatly to reduce the noise. This is truly an amazing unit, lush greenery, beaches directly across the street, and a spacious and comfortable layout, you will not be disappointed!
