Come stay with up to 4 (1 Queen Bed, 1 pullout sofa bed) at this top floor condo with amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, beach kit, cable TV, and family-friendly accommodations such as a pack-and-play crib and baby dining chair. Several dining options, bars, shops, grocery stores and more are also all within walking distance so you never have to worry about parking or traffic!
Breaking of any of the House Rules can and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please be respectful to the property and furnishings provided :)

-Primary Guest MUST BE PRESENT at Check-In
-No Smoking inside whatsoever ($350/day fee if broken)
-No undisclosed animals or guests; additional fees/cleaning may apply ($100/day fee if broken)
-Check out by 10AM; late checkout will result in a $25 fee for every 30 minutes beyond 10AM
-No mailing packages to the property without prior written consent
-Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM
-Florida is a tropical climate - please do not leave doors/windows open to prevent unwanted pests from entry
-No Open Flames/Candles/Matches
-Additional cleaning charges may apply if stains are found and non-removable or excessive trash/dirty dishes are left out.
-Additional charges may apply for missing or broken linens/furniture/decor/towels
-Lost Pool Wristbands x4 $35/ea
-Lost Key Fob + Beach Gate Key $100/ea
-Lost Security Gate Entry RFID Pass $100/ea
