We’ve been hosting guests in Playa Grande dates back to 1997, ensuring your vacation is not only splendid but also secure, as nighttime security is provided by an armed guard.

There is a complimentary parking space provided outside for your convenience.

This home was designed to harness the coastal breezes, with expansive French doors on both floors, allowing for a total flow of the coastal breezes throughout the home. While the three primary bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, the loft enjoys refreshing cross ventilation from windows on both sides and a ceiling fan and our guests often love falling asleep to the sound of the surf each night.

We’ve recently renovated and invite you to enjoy the new beachside roof, extensive clearing of the exotic woods, and brand-new fans, mattresses, bedding, curtains, pillows, and couches.

The entirety of the property, from the spacious indoors to the charming yard and private pool, is exclusively reserved and remains private for our cherished guests.

Enclosed within a natural haven of 25-year-old Mango, Teak, and the majestic Lang Lang Tree – renowned for its’ flowers smelling like Chanel No. 5 – along with flourishing Hibiscus trees, this sanctuary attracts an array of wildlife. Monkeys occasionally drop by to savor the mangoes, and you may also see birds or lizards enjoying the surrounding nature.

A house caretaker remains on-site in the little casita in the back for your convenience and to ensure you have a five-star stay.
