This apartment is excellent for business travelers, couples or just for tourism to get to know the beautiful and exiting city of Santo Domingo.

The apartment is located in Piantini, one of the most exclusive and safest neighborhoods of Santo Domingo. Just 35 minutes drive from Las Americas International Airport (with no traffic).
Enjoy easy access to downtown Santo Domingo, plazas, shops, many restaurants, vibrant nightlife and more.
The best and most reliable means of transportation is UBER.
The condo has 2 secured parking spaces.
- All guest must follow and comply with all terms of Torre Monaco XII Residences condominium policies.
- Picture of passports will be requested prior arrival.
- No visitors are permited during your stay unless they are declared as your guest in the reservation.
- It is strictly forbidden to make parties or events in the property.
- Loud music is not allowed at any time of the day.
- All guest agreed to all terms of service on Airbnb and must have a valid working phone number.
- There’s a US$50.00 charge for lost keys, remote or keycard.
- Occupancy limit: 4
- Any number of people more than this occupancy limit will be vacated.
- There's a $15 fee per every guest per night after 2 guests.
- No visitors allowed unless they are declared in the reservation.
- Any towels, sheets, covers found stained or damaged have a $30 fee each.
- You are not allowed to walk in a bathing suit or shirtless in hallways, stairs, or elevators.
- Only people previously registered in the reservation are allowed to enter the building. Surprise visits are not allowed.
- The social areas are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, loud music is not allowed.
- Maintain respect and behavior in all areas of the building.
- There is an undeclared guest fee of US$20 per guest per night.
- Local residents must contact the host prior to booking.
- The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property.
- It’s strictly forbidden to bring and consume hookah on the property. Any person who is caught using it, is subject to be expelled from the apartment since by law they are prohibited.
- Loud speakers are prohibited inside the apartment and common social areas of the condo.
- Any hookah or loud speaker will be seized and returned to its owners at the time of check-out.
- Smoking fee is US$200
- Additional cleaning fee will be charged for an extremely dirty home:
To be applied if the apartment is left extremely dirty after checkout, beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave a home: dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, excessive amount of trash, stains in the floors or walls…
-Late check-out fee: 30 minutes after checkout time US$50 and after 2 hours the charge will be for an additional day. But this fee does not award you possession for the additional day, it’s just a penalty for holding possession beyond what you’re supposed to, because you could negatively affect a future reservation.
- If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, upon addressing this complaint to us or to Airbnb you’re authorizing us to come into the property and to solve the problem, fix or repair whatever’s broken and or make the home clean up to the standards that you require. We do not need permission to access the property if there’s something you esteem unsuitable and needs remedy.
-Violations of these house rules are grounds for booking cancelation and removal from the property without refunds.
