Overall a lovely spot

The house was lovely with an awesome porch with view. The listing said 4 queen beds but I believe they are double beds. Also, there is no TV, which with rainy days was a little tough. The location was perfect for getting around the Lakes Region

House was better than I expected!!

The house was great, the sunsets were magical. The house was in a great location and it was very clean, modern and comfortable. It was also bigger than I thought! Love that I could also dock our boat there (for an extra fee). There is no washer and dryer.

Good property however...

The property is beautiful on one side but on the other side is line a junk yard with old trucks. The owner did not give us instructions on how to get into the house when we were coming in that day. Even after check in time I had to contact him and ask how to access the house and was given a snarky comment "walk." After, I got the information but the day before we were to check out I received a text telling/threatening us that we would be graded on how clean we left it. We are three women, 2 in our 60s and 1 in her 70s - we know how to clean a place. We found the owner's communications to be mecurial, rude and demeaning. Otherwise the house is nice but we won't be returning. BTW, we got an "A" of course.

Perfect for Large Family Vacations!

Although this is described as Camp 3, it is actually a wonderful large house with central air, 5 bedrooms all with queen size beds and 4 bathrooms (2 full with tubs and 2 walk in showers)! The downstairs is finished with beautiful tile flooring and there is a large wrap around porch with Adirondack chairs for all to enjoy. This is a perfect house to bring the entire family and still have plenty of room for privacy. The sandy beach is just a few steps away and the water/swimming area is pristine! We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back for years to come. Thank you!

The house is wonderful.

The reality is way better than the pictures provided on the website:) Lots of space, everything very new and clean. The fireplace is awesome, very efficient. Kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans of different sizes, all in great shape. The only unusual thing was the absence of wine glasses. Bring your own if you like your wine not in a Maison Jar:) The proximity to Gunstock was a huge plus. There are nice hiking trails few minutes away. And its on the lake! We didn't want to leave. Would love to come again.

Perfect getaway

Our stay at Camp 3 was amazing. The place is beautiful, not only the surroundings but the house itself. It's big enough to accommodate a big pack comfortably, it was clean and has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation. Harry, the owner, was always available, very kind and helpful. Jim, the manager, was also very nice to us and made sure we had everything we wanted. I highly recommend this place, it's been a wonderful long weekend for us and we are looking forward to stay there again.

Loved this house!

This house was everything we were hoping for and more! Very clean and so spacious. We had plenty of room for our party of 8. The beach access was just a short walk away and we loved the easy entry to the water. It was perfect for our toddler and kayaks. The bedrooms are large and the fully stocked kitchen was so helpful to have. Added bonus to have 4 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer. We loved everything about this place. Great location and perfect views of the lake. We are planning on coming back to this beautiful home. Such fun family memories were made here.

Fresh Air and Crystal Clear Water......

This large house, accommodated our party of 8, which included 4 adults and 4 children. The house was large enough to give us all our privacy. We swam at the clean beach on the property and ate in the sunroom which had a lovely view of the lake. There was even a dock so we could park our little sunfish sailboat. We didn't mind putting down an extra deposit so we could bring our Golden Retriever, Rosco. Our Landlord was very helpful and easily contactable. Lots of local knowledge and directed us before arriving to supermarkets, restaurants, points of interests. We were lucky enough to only experience one rainy day so we played card games and hit the local theatre. Thanks again for the lovely time! Dave and Peaches Middleton. Ellicott City, MD
