Modern Farmhouse on Emigrant Creek
Enjoy peace indoors and out in this spacious, stunning and serene home. It was built by a renowned local contractor in 2022 that specializes in sustainable homes and sits on 8 acres of farmland, along with a barn that has living space above it (see our other listing!). You will be just a 10 minute drive to Downtown Ashland and 5 minutes to SOU, and yet feel like you are out in the country.
The space is furnished in a modern yet comfortable style. There are hardwood floors throughout with warm wool rugs in most rooms. There is a separate media room with a 76" TV with Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV+, and Disney+ included. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a high-end induction range with double ovens. The master bathroom has a sauna and there is a spacious tub in the downstairs full bathroom. The dance studio is a relaxing space to do yoga, dance, or meditate.
You will have full access to everything but the garage.

Hello! We live in Ashland Oregon and love to travel in our travel trailer. We have two homes on our property and love to share them with people.
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood has just 6 custom homes in it over 200+ acres. It's a private, gated community with a casual vibe. There's lots of horses, cows, and wildlife around. The primary reason we chose it though is the year round creek at the edge of our property.
What makes this property unique
So close to town and yet private, with beautiful views in every direction and a private creek to enjoy.
