Be on vacation every day at this spacious 3 bedroom furnished home just 2 houses from the ocean. *note, see listing 500332 and all of our stellar reviews to see how much people love our property. We had to separate this listing due to new city regulations. We do have our permit.
This three-level townhome located in North Mission, is just a few blocks from the vibrant Pacific Beach restaurant and shops. The first level has a large living room with a large portable air conditioning unit, a sleeper sofa, a 60" smart TV and fast Wifi. The second level has a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom with shower and a queen bedroom with a private patio. The third level has two bedrooms: one w/California King, smart TV and portable air conditioning unit. The second one has a queen bed & a bunk bed as well as a patio. There is ample parking in a large 2 car garage. Tenants have access to the entire home and patio, this is not a shared space. However, please note that the attached 3 bedroom townhome next door is also short term rental. The home is separated by a shared wall and a locking hotel style door on the second level that will remain locked on both sides unless you rent both homes (500332) and book together for a 6 bedroom, 4 bath (sleeps approx 18) .
