Newly remodeled luxurious oceanfront condo, Unit #1710 has 2 king beds, 2 full baths with magnificent ocean views from every room. Modern open floor plan in main living area, Three flat screen tv's, 50' HDTV in living room with 5.1 surround sound, 42' HDTV's in each bedroom, electric glass front fireplace and entertainment center with high definition cablebox and DVR in living room, free wifi internet access, New kitchen, fully furnished, with all stainless steel appliances, double bowl sink with garbage disposal, New king size beds in each bedroom with brand new Simmons best pillow top mattress for each, walk in closet, custom built in wine cooler, Frig with bottom freezer, 2 ice makers, new porcelain tile and granite tops throughout, large 260 sq. ft. balcony accessible from all rooms with new balcony furniture, linens, bath and beach towels furnished, hair dryers, soaking tub and shower in master bath with large shower in 2nd bath, new washer and dryer. Price includes linens, towels and cleaning fee. (Tax not included ). Phone or email owners for cost details and specials. Sorry no smoking, no pets and minimum rental age is 25 yrs old. Be advised that the maximum capacity in this unit is 4.. The front desk is told how many are renting and should they find that there are more than the 4 capacity, you will not get your security deposit refunded and any other damage will be addressed by the owner through Vrbo.

Nice Vacay

Paula’s place was perfect for what we needed it for. Two king size bed suites for two couples right on the beach loved opening my eyes at dawn and seeing the rainbow horizon on the ocean as the sun came up! Wonderfully equipped. My only recommendation (not a knock) is the smart tvs don’t have access to apps for streaming. So if there are apps you want to watch TV on, bring a ROKU or something similar:)

Condo very clean and perfect layout for two couples. View from balcony is spectacular. Paula, the owner was very responsive to all our questions or concerns. Location is within walking distance to several restaurants and the Apache Pier. Highly recommend this condo for vacation

Just Fabulous!

Everything about this property was fabulous! View, location, condo layout, amenities. A place with 2 king suites was difficult to find and this one was all we hoped for...and much more. Spectacular views from every room and a huge balcony accessible from both bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. Definitely planning to return again...someday!

Fabulous beach experience

Loved Maison 1710! It is exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable. Paula was just a peach to work with and the condo was very clean. I highly recommend this property. We will come again!

Best view in Myrtle Beach

This condo has what my wife and I consider the best view in Myrtle Beach! The unit is inviting, spacious, and well cared for. Parking options are very convenient. Access to the beach itself is super easy, and the beach is super wide. Apache Pier is within strolling distance (the grilled shrimp basket from Croakers, at the foot of the pier, never disappoints). Barefoot Landing for shopping and restaurants is five munutes drive away. But with that balcony, the comfy balcony chairs, and that incredible view, we sometimes felt as though there was no good reason to leave the condo!

Very nice, well appointed condo with fabulous views for the oceann and beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was well maintained and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. beach and pool were never crowded. Property manager/owner was super nice to work with and very accomodating. We would highly recommend this if you are looking for a very nice place to stay in a quiet area of North Myrtle Beach. We would definiotely stay here again.

Weekend with the wife

The condo was spacious, well maintained, equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The view was geat of the ocean and Apache pier. The owner kept us informed about the property before check in and the day of our check in. We will definity stay again.

Breathtaking condo

We love Maison sur mer and have been staying here for 10+years. This year we had the chance to stay in Paula's beautiful condo (1710) and shared the experience with wonderful friends of ours. You can tell immediately that Paula cares and takes pride in her gorgeous condo. The open floor plan was wonderful too. You can be anywhere indoors and see the amazing views of the ocean and pier. Paula went above and beyond checking on us to ensure a perfect stay. She had the opportunity to even get us into the condo earlier than anticipated. Absolutely Breathtaking Unit

We had a fabulous time. From the time we walked in until we left. The owner was super nice and was very helpful. It was very easy communication and the process to check in was a breeze. The location of the unit is a 5-10 ride to attractions but if you're coming to relax and have a peaceful stay. This is the place.
