Okemo Mountain Lodge ski condominiums are all about convenience. Centrally located at Okemo's Mountain Resort's Clock Tower base area for easy access to all skier services including Apre’ ski fun and ski shops. each condo features an open kitchen/dining/living area, slopeside decks with trail and ski lifts mere steps from your door. Unit is located on the third floor, no elevator.
Properties listed as ski-in/ski-out access rely on mother nature and Okemo Mountain Operations snowmaking teams and lift access. Neither Inside Edge nor Property Owners can guarantee snow availability or lift operations.

RENTAL RULES
SMOKING: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. Parking pass are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in.
OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.
PARKING PASSES: Parking passes are necessary and will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter’s expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.
CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.
FIREPLACE USAGE: Electric fireplace is available for use. Please only use while attended.
INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, gas stove, coffee maker, televisions, DVD, stereo, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items. CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction. PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED. CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4pm Check out time is no later than 11:00 A.M.
