Great location/value

Property is a perfect beach weekend headquarter. Nice kitchen and assessories. Beach access directly across 30A. Hidden gem 100%. Great host.

Perfect location

Everything was wonderful for our trip. We appreciated having Roku on the TV and the extra chargers in the nightstand. Everything was clean and the condo is super convenient to the beach. When you leave the condo, go to the crosswalk to the right of the complex and the entrance to the beach is right there across the street. The public access is less busy at that spot also.

Quick Spring Getaway

Our first visit to the Seagrove Beach area did not disappoint! Easy walk to the beach right across the street…lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance! Our condo was clean and just right for the wife and I. Loved the hot and powerful shower! Really nice long weekend!!

The spacious room was nicely decorated with a lighthouse/beach theme. Everything was clean and tidy. Appreciated a straight shot to the parking lot for my father’s walker.

The perfect weekend getaway!

Loved our stay here! Location is amazing, just quick bike rides to the Hub and Seaside, with perfect public beach access right across the street. The only flaw, is you can hear the people above move around really well. But would still book again!

Summer Vacation

Great places I have stayed in this complex twice now, but different unit. Love the area and the beach is amazing only negative thing is the stairs to the beach instead of a ramp. Teri was great and check in was easy. Will stay again.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The size was ideal for three of us, and our small dog. It was clean and had what we needed. The complex sits right on Highway 30A, it was a holiday weekend yet it was quiet, and parking was not a problem. Beach access is across the street. Bike rental shop is in walking distance. There was a grill just outside of our unit that we used, which was very clean. Teri was prompt with her info for checking in. We would definitely recommend this unit, this location and we would return again. Thank you

Old & Dirty

Place has had new paint & flooring, but still woefully outdated. And not clean, which we couldn’t seem to get past. Old old dishwasher & stove, limited ability to cook. Groceries/other food & dining close by. Neighbors/other guests friendly and courteous, and the beach close by/fabulous to walk. All on all, a disappointing experience. Sorry, but that’s the reality of it.

Cozy Seaside Condo

My husband, son and I enjoyed our stay at SoWal. The ocean was beautiful and literally across the street and over the short boardwalk. An eighth of a mile, if that, separates you from crystal clear ocean teeming with life and edged off by a sugary white beach. We loved the family-friendly atmosphere of the city and specifically this first floor studio condo. To future VRBO'ers: There is a coffee maker but also a lovely organic coffee shop/café next door. A Publix is only a mile away, too. Pool, grill, and quarter (also takes cards) laundromat is on site. Bike rentals are just a very short walk up the road. This was the perfect VRBO and community for our trio.
