BRAND NEW "farmstay" apartment nestled above our charming farmer's market in Traverse City, Michigan. Super Host on Air Bn B :) Come enjoy the scenic views and local attractions. Cafe/Deli M-Fri 7-2 p.m.; Sat & Sun 9-2 .m. You're welcome to join on farm tours, chores (optional), and experience our farm in-depth! Located 12 minutes from downtown Traverse City, along the renowned M-72 "farming corridor".
-680 sq ft full apartment located above the farmer's market with a separate private entrance at the back of the building. One bedroom (king), one bathroom, with a sleeper sofa and an air mattress for the living room. Accommodates up to four guests per the township's limitations.
-Guests get to enjoy the entire private apartment upstairs. You can access the market during business hours.

I've been hosting on VRBO/AirBnB for over seven years - we have a new exciting property to share at our regenerative agricultural farm! I love sharing our beautiful area with guests. We've had guests from all around the world visit Traverse City :) I was born and raised in Ann Arbor, graduated from MSU (go green!) and run a wedding industry business in addition to farming our farm. I moved to TC in '14 and have loved it since I was a child. I hope you'll enjoy the area too!

Why they chose this property

I adore the M-72 "farming corridor" and we've been part of an effort to protect farms in our area from subdivision development by modernizing and offering "agri-tourism". M-72 is lined by unique farms (Gallagher's, Jacob's Farm, Light of Day Tea, Rove Winery, Iris Farms, etc.) and offers beautiful views while being a few minutes from downtown T.C.

What makes this property unique

Our farmstay concept is innovative and brand new! Some national wineries and farms are starting to now offer overnight accommodations in addition to being involved with daily chores and tours. We are offering guests to participate or just enjoy their stay!
