The Space:
This home is located oceanfront in coveted St. Augustine Beach - you could not ask for a better location for an extended stay! This home is walkable to St. Augustine Beach's top spots! The Pit Surf Shop, Beachcomber Restaurant, Mango Mango's, Kookaburra Cafe, Stir It Up, Jack's BBQ, and much more! The Publix grocery store is just 1 mile or a 2 minute drive from the house.
THE LAYOUT: This coastal home has a 2/2 layout!
-Master Bedroom: 3rd Floor: King size bed and en suite bathroom.
-Guest Bedroom: 2nd Floor Floor: Queen size bed.
-Guest Bathroom: 2nd Floor off of bedroom hall
House is on stilts and climbing stairs is required to enter the home. The first floor has a garage with laundry facility.
Enjoy the outdoors on the two private balconies with seating and umbrella. Get some sun, sip your coffee and look out over the dunes to the ocean on the 3rd floor balcony off of the master bedroom. (This place could be perfect for a couple wanting a getaway too!)
There is an outdoor shower under the front steps. Perfect when just coming back from the beach via the dedicated beach walk through the dunes from the backyard gate.
You must climb the exterior stairs to enter the home on the second floor. The first floor is only a garage.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $149. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

The Neighborhood:
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! Try Sunset Grille, Stir It Up, and Salt Life for a bite to eat.
The Kookaburra coffee shop is just a few short blocks away, and is a local favorite.
Just a 10 minute walk up A1A is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. You an also rent bikes from Drifters nearby.

Guests must be 21 or older to book.
Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice.
Dog friendly only. 2 dogs total allowed, with maximum weight of 50 lbs each.
Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month.
-This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation.
-The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges.
-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.
-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!
**Airbnb Guests: Airbnb does not automatically include pet fees (due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually), please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
