During the booking process, please specify the actual number of guests that will be staying. This is important because it impacts how we prep the space (number of beds, towels and other linens) and is also a requirement of HOA. Do not specify 1-2 guests if you expect to have additional people staying with you. Additional guest fee will be added to the guest's account accordingly.

Both the Master and the Mini-Master Bedrooms have direct access to the lower-level deck and also have their own full bathrooms. Having the bedrooms on the lower level makes for quieter and more peaceful sleeping.

We are excited to host you on your upcoming trip to the Lake of the Ozarks!
We want you to be aware that our condominium complex is in the process of performing deck maintenance and repairs to keep the condos safe. The first step of the deck maintenance involves installing a series of jacks and braces (pillars). While these are in place, you can continue to use the decks and enjoy the beautiful view and majestic sunsets.

We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your patience as our community works to provide a safe and fun lake getaway experience for our guests.
