Great location. Really close to all the sights of Ocean Shores. The house was very clean. It had everything you would need in the kitchen. We had a great stay!
We enjoyed the home. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It had the utensils that we needed to fix our meals. The one thing I would suggest is to have either a chair or a luggage holder in both bedrooms. That way you would not have to put your suitcase in the floor
The space was wonderful. It would have been nice to have more chairs at the kitchen table. Also the chairs are wobbling. And the queen size bed in the double room feels a little like sleeping on springs. But we plan to come ba k. A great location and pet friendly.
The property was in a good neighborhood for kids to ride bikes and you could walk to beach. The yard was big for dogs to play. Being on the lake was a bonus! The fire pit was good. The beds need to be replaced. The double bed in the 2 nd bedroom was not sturdy for 2 adults. I bring my own bedding and comforter which was good because the bedding was not much! Could use better kitchen utensils. Overall.. very nice stay!
Quiet and just perfectly situated on the lake.
Daily visits from a family of Otters. Birds singing all day, and frogs all night.
5 minute walk to Damon Park and a huge bay with miles to walk along the beach.
Great yard for the dog.
Comfy and cozy on the inside.
LOVED staying here and will definitely stay again.
A sweet home. Comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the canal with a cup of coffee was the best way to start the day. The office and maintenance staff were so helpful with an after hours issue with the cable modem.
We would definitely come back.
I would definitely stay here again.
We will bring our kayaks next time. Did the last clam dig of the season on Mothers Day.We all had our first experience seeing the Northern Lights from deck. Garage is not available to put a car in.
Grill is in the garage, if you are looking for it.
the beds were very uncoverable. One bed frame was broken, The fold down couch was to difficult to fold back up. One kitchen chair was held together by drywall screws. and screen door on sliding door was broken. The location was great.
It was a wonderful time and my favorite location. Upon arrival had a few set backs, I had expected a fully fenced area, the property only has privacy fencing. Description was not accurate. Garage and closet were half full of personal belongings. We still had a marvelius tume with grandkids and dogs.
Just enough space to keep the family happy. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. I just wish the weather cooperated more to spend more time on the kayaks and use the fire pit.
Sadly, we lost our cat here though, so if you happen to see a friendly female grey tabby with part of her left ear tip cut off.. please please please take to shelter to be claimed. (She has microchip)
The house was well equipped and large enough for our 7 family members.
The bunk bed was a bit wobbly. That probably should be addressed for safety.
The kitchen chairs were wobbly too and seemed to have been “repaired” not very well.
The smart TV in the living room works because it is hard-wired. The Wi-Fi in the home wouldn’t work properly at all, so the TV’s in the other rooms wouldn’t work. The logins provided wouldn’t work, so I contacted the property owners and the suggestions didn’t solve our problems.
We were more than busy having fun in town, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing to worry about it. It was a great place with just those two minor problems.
We would stay here again, but the problems should be resolved.
This is such a cute house and the location is fantastic. Out of town towards the end of the peninsula so it's super quiet. You have a lake directly out the back and it's only half a mile to Damon Point and the jetty. It is fairly well stocked with a few exceptions. There is no cheese grater, for instance. Definitely bring your own kitchen knives as the provided ones are garbage. The layout of the house is perfect with the window end facing the lake. The beds, although hard, are actually very comfortable; I was worried they wouldn't be after testing them all. There is no bedside table or dresser of any kind in the 'master', and the closets are both blocked by the beds. This is quite aggravating and should be fixed since it leaves you nowhere to put clothes. This is the room with three beds, so there could potentially be a lot of people in there having to live out of suitcases. I grabbed a table and lamp from the second bedroom to use. I moved a bed out of the way to be able to access one closet, but then had to borrow hangers from the second bedroom, too. There are only a handful of hangers total. There were some little broken things here and there. Hopefully they will make these easy fixes for future guests as it could be completely perfect!
