Group vacation!

This is our third stay here and it's just a lovely each time. Accommodates two families of four very comfortably.

House not maintained and technically is a 3 bedroom house, not 4.

Regrettably there were numerous appliances that were not working which impacted our stay including the ice maker never worked (water was also leaking onto the floor our entire stay), the dishwasher never worked, the outdoor grill (later fixed but we couldn’t grill dinner on Fathers’s Day), the outdoor lights by and in the pool leaving it very dark and not safe (never fixed), ceiling fan in master (fixed later but made a clanking noise). In addition the house was listed as having 4 bedrooms. According to International Building Codes a bedroom must have an egress window and the 4th bedroom did not and it also didn’t have a closet. It was a space directly off the kitchen with a bed in it and pocket door that would not stay closed. This is clearly a safety issue. Overall while we liked the location, I would never choose to stay in this house. It’s simply not maintained. We requested a partial refund (which we’ve never done before) and now the host and concierge do not respond unfortunately.

Great View

This property has a great view of the pool and ocean from the balcony and 2 bedrooms. There are king size beds in all 4 bedrooms and a queen size inflatable mattress. Plenty of seating and dining for a family of 10. The concierge was confused about which facilities were available to us. The Bahia Beach Club served delicious food but is difficult to get reservations due to inadequate staffing. We loved the pools, the beach, the Lake House, and Wellness Center.

Wonderful location

Family trip with adult children and 15 month old. Property is in an excellent area with gorgeous views. Abdel was kind enough to stock the kitchen and the concierge found us a wonderful chef. The facilities were great and very convenient. We enjoyed every minute.

Big Birthday Girls Trip

This property is beautiful in and of itself and is located in the most beautiful resort on Puerto Rico. We were there for 4 nights and never left the property. There were many different places to explore and things to do right on the St Regis property. And we did nearly everything and ate everywhere! A perfect girls getaway in the middle of winter!

Bahía Beach Resort

The place was amazing!! Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and beautiful. The view from our balconies were spectacular. Having our own golf cart to get around the property was also very nice. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful condo for 8

The condo and grounds are beautiful. It was very comfortable for our family of 8. We all had a wonderful time. Areas for improvement: We could of used more info at checkin. We did not know if we were in Las Ventanas I or II. We weren't sure where to park and we did not know which golf cart was ours to use. (The info on the keychain did not correlate with the cart. Also, we could not find any information regarding what restaurants were on property, hours of operation, etc. The concierge was very helpful, but we didn't know how to find them either! The hotel concierge pointed us in the right direction. Perhaps, just a one page pdf with this info to be included for guests sent the day prior to arrival. Once we found everything, the rest of our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you!

Perfect Paradise!! Family of 8, all adults truly enjoyed a relaxing week on the beach. The accommodations we're perfect with 4 bedrooms and 4 bath's for 4 adult couples. The family, dining and kitchen openness made for a perfect gathering spot. The balconies overlooking the pool and the view of the ocean were spectular. We all wanted to stay longer and can not wait to return.

Perfect Girls Getaway

A spectacular 4-bedroom condo, perfect for any trip. We loved the Bahia Beach resort, private chef for one evening, rain forest, bioluminescent kayak, etc. Fair warning - you will either need a car or a driver for your trip as the St Regis is not centrally located and taxi/ubers are sparse and expensive.

Best vacation ever

We took our 5 children ranging in age from 10-22. There was something for everyone. The property was better than we could have imagined. We will be visiting again. The hosts were wonderful. Way better than 5 stars!!!

Great vacation rental with great amenities

We were a group of friends staying at this property. The apartment was beautiful. We loved having an apartment with other amenities like housekeeping and the use of the restaurants and pools at the hotel. We also loved having use of the golf cart!! The manager was great and helped us with a taxi driver who took us around Puerto Rico. Definitely would recommend!!

The unit was fabulous and very clean. Pictures on VRBO site represent the property well. Resort is very beautiful and laid back. My only criticism would be that when unforeseen circumstances arose, the manner in which I was spoken to was condescending and accusatory.

Spring break

Spring break with college age kids was great. Lots of activities through the resort… golf, paddle boarding, catamaran and snorkeling, hiking rain forest, bioluminescence kayak. The week went by quickly!

Bahia Beach Beauty!!

We had a wonderful stay with family in Bahia Beach. The condo was spacious, clean and the location is unbeatable. The unit has a beautiful beach view, is very well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. Service was great! We hope to return soon!

Perfect Place in Paradise

We stayed in this 4-BR unit as two couples only. The price point was better than staying in separate hotel rooms at the shared St Regis and the experience was outstanding. The NY based rental team and the on-site property manager Abdel made the process so seamless include all the COVID regulations. Of note, the location and the entire island's attitude toward COVID safety measures was completely on point and made it easier to enjoy ourselves knowing that people taking vaccinations, boosters, masking, and sanitizing seriously. The condo itself is spectacular. Amazing views from the three (yes 3!!!) balconies of the quieter pool and ocean. The penthouse level allows for vaulted ceilings with beams that really add to the tropical feel of the unit. The two en suites were good sized with large walk-in closets. The other two bedrooms had kings and access to well sized baths had we been traveling with more couples. The split floorplan was ideal for privacy when needed. We didn't intend to cook but the kitchen had all the basics. Groceries, however, should be purchases on the way in from San Juan as there is nothing nearby really. The bathrooms share a 100 gallon tank so be mindful when there are lots of folks showering. One of the bathrooms didn't have a place to store toiletries and it was a minor nuisance to bend over to get them. The water pressure was acceptable. It was amazing to have daily housekeeping to tidy up and make the beds which made it feel like being in the hotel. In addition, we were able to use the recreation facilities without added costs including a great gym area, bikes, kayaks, etc. The surrounding area has lots of paths weaving around the property to see flora and fauna which was a nice way to break up the even easier, ever present access to the beach from the unit. Both pools were lovely though the secondary pool did not have access to towels. We did not try any of the food onsite as we preferred to explore eateries in other areas. Overall, highly recommend for a luxury experience at a lower price point than the St. Regis.

Great condo. Need a little resort patience.

Spacious, well situated and well stocked unit with a Great ocean view. The pool directly in front needs work and has no attendants, but the Beach Club pool, steps away, is beautiful as is that restaurant. The resort has a lot to offer for all ages. St Regis doesn’t communicate well about how to book things and what’s at your access. There are 5 restaurants but only 2 for dinner, neither great for kids. Our condo with a kitchen is the best family option. There’s building going on on property but we had a quiet holiday week so can’t say how disruptive that might be. In a few years, this entire place will be five star. The staff are lovely. The females in our group had a great spa experience, but the male side of the spa was neglected. Maybe just a bad day given Covid shortages. The Boat House on the lake was so fun. And golf Course views are stunning. Plan meals and activities beforehand .
