Hillside Gem w/ Hot Tub! Sleeps 10. Huge, Family/Dog-Friendly, and Close to DT!

This home is perfect for large families or groups of friends. It is spacious and offers a number of desirable amenities, including a hot tub, fire pit, and 2 full-sized bathrooms. You won't find a better value near downtown Hot Springs!

The location is amazing, sitting on a hillside, but still with a large enough yard to enjoy with the family or pups...private, but not remote...only 5 minutes to downtown Hot Springs!

This 2000 sq/ft home was built in 2018. The finishing details make give it an upscale feel.

Bedroom 1 has its own Private Bath and a King Bed. Smart TV.

Bedroom 2 has a King Bed. Smart TV.

Bedroom 3 has a Single Bed and and Single/Double Bunk. Smart TV.

There is a convertible couch in the Living Room that gives the area of a Queen Bed. Giant Smart TV.

The home can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.

Both baths are full-sized.

The open floor plan creates a great family space, combining the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen.

The Living Room boasts a ginormous sectional that can fit the entire 10-person group for movie night.

The Dining Room has a 7-person dining table. There are an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island.

We do have a few neighbors, but they are all far enough away that you won't really know that they are there.

When not out exploring the mountains, enjoying the local craft beer scene, or rafting in the French Broad, you'll spend most of your time on the amazing front porch, with mountain views, or in the sweet, 6-person hot tub.

weekend stay for a wedding
All in all it was a fine place. It was clean, plenty of room, comfortable and accommodating. I would have liked someplace to hang items in the master bedroom, bathroom or laundry room. Some hangers and some hooks on the back of the door, in the laundry room, somewhere since the closets are all locked. The terrain getting to the place was a little bumpy/washed out, but had no problems while we were there. Very nice working with Christian and he was very accommodating !

Excellent accommodations. Good view from the deck; we saw a fawn and some rabbits! We loved the dark teal sofa, the comfortable beds, and working kitchen. // The second bathroom's shower drains slowly. It was o.k., but could use some attention. A hillside gem indeed!

Great location near Hot Springs with a hillside view
The home was perfect for our short stay in Hot Springs after a few days of hiking in the Smokies. Very convenient and close to town, but secluded enough with gorgeous views. The hot tub was excellent to relax in to rest our bones, and was clean and hot when we arrived. The home was clean and modern, well appointed, and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Family Reunion
Our family, consisted of three generations of women, along with our two small dogs, enjoyed this fully furnished home. The sunsets were spectacular from the porch!! The home was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials for preparing meals for our family.

The property is neat, clean and comfortable. It has everything you'd need in the kitchen. Outside deck is very nice.The owner is very responsive. The photos are accurate. We'd go back if we are in the area again.

Great time
Me and a few friends were hiking the Appalachian trail and book this for a rest night. The house was very clean and had a lot of amenities. The hot tub was something we were looking forward to. There is a hill to the house but our Prius didn't make it up to the top.

Lovely home in a lovely town
Very nicely decorated and clean home in a quiet mountain setting. Beautiful views from from huge front porch and hot tub. Close to everything we were interested in and even took a few trips into Asheville. Especially loved the store with the rooster and conversations with the very friendly locals. Close to the river, Appalachian Trail, neat shops and restaurants. We loved our stay.

Very clean, kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Hot tub was clean and pre-heated. Sectional couch was huge and very comfortable, great spot for lounging after being out all day. Dining table was perfect size for playing games. We enjoyed the home very much.
