Your Master Bedroom is a haven of comfort, with intracoastal views, featuring a luxurious King-sized bed, high-end linens, a spacious dresser, and a convenient his & hers closet system that connects to the Master Bathroom with a large shower.

The Second Bedroom is outfitted with 2 twin beds (which can be combined into a King), a dresser and walk-in closet with views of the intracoastal and access to the guest Bathroom that offers a deep soaker tub/shower, and modern elegant vanity.

Residents of The Yacht Club enjoy a wide range of resort-style amenities, including two swimming pools (located directly on the intracoastal and another in a tropical environment), a fitness center, a jacuzzi, a theatre room, and tennis courts. Rules to Ensure Blissful Stays:

• One (1) Pet Permitted, if Approved
• Vacation Insurance highly recommended
• You are accountable for any property damage during your stay
• Children over 3 welcome.
• No Smoking in the unit or on balcony
• HOA Application Fee: $150 which is paid by the prospective tenant directly to the HOA through their third party vendor Tenant Evaluation. Tenancy duration must be a minimum of Three (3) months and tenant must have a credit score of 725 or higher per HOA rules.
• Prior to check-in: $225 cleaning fee and $1,000 Security Deposit.
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 12:00 PM

Cancellation made Easy:

100% refund if you cancel 60 days prior to check-in
No refund for cancellations less than 60 days before check-in
Cancellation deadlines follow Eastern Time.
