I lived in Gainey Ranch 20 years ago and loved it. My husband and I fell in love with this unit and have furnished it the way we would enjoy it if we lived in it.
Why they chose this property
We chose Sunset Cove in Gainey Ranch because of the lovely, peaceful setting on the water. The smaller pool is four units away and the Clubhouse pool is one block away.
What makes this property unique
Our property is set up to be "wired" or "wireless" for Internet. Guests can choose to use an electric "cut off" switch provided in both bedrooms to help improve sleeping and for sensitive guests.
The master bedroom king mattress is non-toxic foam that is on the firm side.

We have a reverse osmosis water filtering system is great for drinking and cooking.
