Conveniently located, this charming top floor condo is the perfect spot for you to unwind after a fun filled day of exploring Bend and Central Oregon! Walk in and be greeted by the cozy and comfortable living room where you can kick back on the couch or rocking chair, turn the gas fireplace on to create a little ambiance or throw one of your favorite movies on the TV! A private balcony is right off the living room and is a great spot to take in some nature while you enjoy your coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings!

The kitchen in this condo is an open concept right off the living room so you don't have to feel tucked away while whipping up some of your favorite meals! A full sized fridge, apartment sized oven range, microwave and plenty of cookware are stocked in this condo, plus an island has been added for a little extra counter space!

Be sure to bring some bubbles or the new bath bomb you got at Lush in the Old Mill district, and enjoy a tranquilizing bath in the tub in one of the two bathrooms this condo is equipped with!

Up to two people can stay here and rest up on the big king sized bed in the bedroom, where you will be sure to get some peaceful zzz's since nobody will ever be above you walking around! There is a second private balcony right off the bedroom where you can sit and bird watch or relax to your hearts content. Unpack and stay a while because there is a dresser and two closets in the bedroom so no need to pack lightly when you're staying here! However, a laundry room is located on-site if you need to wash anything before your stay is finished. A second full bathroom is connected to the bedroom so if there are two people in your party, you can each have your own bathroom! A loveseat and TV are also in this room in case you and your travel partner want to watch two different things at the same time, that's no issue at all!

The condo itself is great but then you add in the unbeatable location and you are truly in for some special memories! Pioneer Park is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful setting to read a book in the shade and it happens to be directly next door! The Deschutes River runs in front of our property, where you can fly fish or pack a lunch to enjoy at one of the picnic tables. Take a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride along the trail that parallels the river and it will bring you right into the heart of downtown where there are countless shops, restaurants and breweries!
