Horrible, Unsafe and Nothing Like Advertised
So many safety issues. Broken concrete, tripping hazards, doors not secured to exterior, gas smell in back room, living room A/C with hole in wall to plug outside (yes, really). One roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and one garbage bag in kitchen for the weekend. Styrofoam plates and cups. Microwave didn't work. Trash in front yard, dirty blanket with piece of metal stuck in it, mold on wall by tub. I have photos of everything. Owner hardly communicative. Front door key left in unlocked box on doorstep. Emailed and messaged owner and VRBO and no response to issue once I supplied photos. Just horrible!

Nice spot
This was a new listing when we stayed here so the owners are still working out the intricacies of running a rental but their efforts were evident and they were great to work with.
