[Other Things to Note]
- There are around 50 flights of stairs getting to the villa. Please be mindful when you travel with lots of luggage and children.
- The distance is approximately around 50 meters from the bike parking to get to the Zen River House
- Only scooter/motorbikes parking available
- Fresh bedding/bed linen and towels at check-in
- If you stay longer than 3 nights, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services.
- If you bring a lot of luggage, please let us know in advance, and we can arrange for our staff to help you with the luggage

[Neighborhood Descriptions]
The house is located in the middle of Ubud's tropical jungle by the river and it has private access down to the river. Superb location in the heart of Ubud. And, yes, there may be some insects and little animals (house gecko, birds, etc.) in the jungle, but that's part of the charm and beauty of Ubud.
