The 2-story home built in the 1920’s boasts hardwood floors and original cottage windows for gazing out into the landscaping. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and dishwasher is a great option for cooking-in and enjoy streaming your favorite media above an electric fireplace.

Feel right at home in beautifully decorated rooms with plush carpet and plenty of soft blankets, towels and sheets to stay extra cozy. Enjoy looking out into the looming green woods of the backyard in the summer or catch a snow storm in the winter season. Washer and dryer are provided for your convenience as well as a 1 car garage. Compact desk is set up in the living room if you need to work from home.

Roof leak and suprise inspection!

The house is beautiful don't get me wrong but the host are sporadic. I book the place show up everythings going fine, then I get a text saying that the roof repair people will be there in the morning. They did not inform me of any of this prior to the booking. After three days of roof work they finally leave, it storms and the roof starts leaking, my friend wakes up to water and roof bits falling onto his face. I message the host they tell me roof repair will show up and fix it, they never do. A few days later they text me the property manager will be showing up for a unit inspection, also not discussed before hand. He shows up they tell me he's only supposed to be there for a hour, he arrived at 11 and stayed until 4... Honestly I dont usually complain but after all of that they go and charge me a late checkout fee for being out 30 minutes late even though I was gone before their cleaners ever arrived.
