Sandpiper Place - Cozy condo on Corpus Christi Bay. Perfect for 2 adults!
Welcome to North Beach! The Sandpiper Place at Villa del Sol is on North Beach located on Corpus Christi Bay. There are two pools (one heated) with beautiful landscaping, a tiki hut area to hang out and enjoy the gulf coast weather, large pergola and barbecue grills for you to enjoy. Outside the gate is a sandy beach with a walking trail and easy walk to area attractions and restaurants.
The condo is cozy and perfect for 2 adults. It has an open kitchen, living, and breakfast area, private balcony with view of the bay. The kitchen is well stocked, includes granite countertops, mini fridge and microwave (no stove). The bedroom is an open-concept with a functional design to optimize space for a king bed. The bathroom has a full tile shower.
The complex is older and the Board is working hard to update and renovate the complex after damage from Harvey, Hanna, and the Texas Winter Storm. The condo itself is completely remodeled and as pictured.
North Beach is on Corpus Christi Bay; it is not on the ocean. It’s walking distance to the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, gift shops, and great restaurants. Easy access to Whataburger Field, Portland, and downtown Corpus Christi. Walmart, HEB, and Starbucks in Portland are only 10 minutes away.
