The house is located in the small village of Avlemonas, 50 meters from the sea. Set on the eastern part of the island, Avlemonas is a coastal village where one can swim, dive and walk up to the Venetian fortress-observatory.
The peaceful house features a spacious living room area with two single sofa beds, ideal for children, a dining room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, one master bedroom, one ensuite bathroom, a guest bathroom and one outdoor shower. The courtyard and the outdoor area have a dining area, a barbeque and verandas with a beautiful all-round view of the sea and the Venetian fortress.
The building has been built in line with the local traditional architectural style. It features a sunny and shaded seating area, while internally it is fully furnished and carefully decorated with selected objects.
The house is fully equipped featuring a TV, a DVD player, free wi-fi internet, an i-pod dock station while there is the option of housekeeping. The house can be rented as a whole throughout the year for a minimum of four days and can accommodate up to 4 people. An ideal place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.
