Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. If we detect that you smoked inside, you will need to pay $500 to cover the deodorization of the property.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask that you refrain from parting or making loud noises at our home. We are in a residential neighborhood with an HOA, so we ask you to please be responsible for our neighbors and HOA regulations regarding quiet times. Thank you very much for your understanding. Violation of this rule will warrant a $1000 penalty.
