Please be aware that during windy conditions, you may hear the wind outside more prominently, as Fort Morgan is a peninsula. Our Homeowners' Association is actively addressing this issue to explore potential improvements in noise reduction.

** Must be 25 years or older to book and the person who made the reservation must be present during the stay.
** A rental agreement will be emailed to you and needs to be signed within 48 hours in order to complete the booking & reserve the dates. Photo ID of booker is required.
** A $300 hold is placed on the card on file 2 days prior to the booking and is released 14 days after the booking is completed. Your card is never charged unless there is an issue at checkout. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
** Please note that we do not provide refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We do suggest that you obtain travel insurance.
