About this property

Cabin w/ Stunning Mountain Views-10 min to downtown & Blue Ridge Parkway

Nestled in a breathtaking valley overlooking the amazing views of the mountains & a tiny lavender farm.

An old horse barn designed into a creative space & gorgeous eco-lodge.

Situated on 5 acres in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains but only 10 min to downtown and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Unplug & relax with/ a good book OR treat yourself to award-winning restaurants, local breweries & shops.

Also, another tiny home is on the property.

A repurposed old horse barn built from wood sourced on the property.

Other environmentally friendly aspects are... solar panels, on-demand hot water, passive solar, individually spaced HVAC, sustainable natural ventilation, water catchment system for lavender gardens, composting, closed cell insulation, and more.

The space is great for eco-tourists wanting to keep their carbon footprint low or offset.

This space has been carefully thought out, with love put into it.

We are local from the area and are happy to give any recommendations. We love to chat but absolutely give guests their privacy.

There is a lot of wildlife to enjoy while staying here.

Turkeys gobble through, coyotes yip in the evening, hoot owls, frogs croak, crickets chirp, black bears meander through the property, hawks scream out during the day and so much more.

We want to keep this a peaceful and majestic feeling for our guests and neighbors.

We do not invite partying or obtrusive noise.

I hope this can be respected and is exactly what you desire for a fabulous mountain vacation.

We also offer Elopements and Gourmet Picnics! Contact us today to find out more.

Secluded, beautiful stay minutes from downtown
The Barn @ Hidden Flower was better than advertised. It’s a beautiful mountain location, secluded and quiet, only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

We are from the area! We love giving recommendations to guests whenever they ask. We enjoy hiking, gardening, painting, riding bikes, rollerskating, herbalism, motorcycles, and listening to music. We have been hosts for five-plus years and have met some great folks from all around the world.

Why they chose this property

North Asheville is where I (wifey) grew up. I have lived all over Asheville but have always wanted to be back in this area.

What makes this property unique

This property is super peaceful, has very little noise, looks out over the mountains, and feels like you are far from the hustle BUT we are actually super close to everything~
