This unique unit has a style all its own! Newly renovated kitchen with a large island is its own vibe! With original hardwood floors that are over 100 years old! Perfect for a family or group of friends looking to have a memorable Jersey Shore getaway. This 1 bedroom unit is in the inlet area of AC, a block from the beach & boardwalk! The Absecon Lighthouse, North Beach Mini Golf, Tony Boloney's, Hot Bagels, liquor store & of course the beach are within walking distance. Original Shore Charm!
The home is ready for your seaside retreat! Located in the great inlet neighborhood, just a quick stroll to beach and boardwalk, just minutes away from Gardner's Basin, casinos, and all the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City! Enjoy Hot Bagels right next door to the house! And other attractions and eateries within walking distance.
You enter the home directly into the living room space with open concept. Comfortable living room and newly designed kitchen.
LIVING ROOM:
-There is a large smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in the bedroom (no cable, just streaming apps).
KITCHEN:
-The kitchen has new appliances and a large quartz Island with 4 bar stools.
BATHROOM:
-Full bathroom with a stand up shower
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
BEDROOM - 1 Queen Sized Bed and Smart TV
LIVING ROOM - 1 Queen sleeper sofa that pulls out and Smart TV
ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests have access to the entire first floor apartment and back yard during their stay.
-There are steps to enter the property in front and steps to the backyard.
-This is an attached property, so there is another attached residence to the right. We have no affiliation to the neighboring unit.
-This is a Duplex property with a vacation rental unit above.
-Both units enter through the main front door and have separate entrances for each unit.
-There is no accessibility, adjoining, or shared living spaces between the 2 units.
-Be advised this might cause hearing guests from upstairs occasionally. If you need complete silence at all times this might not be the best fit for you.
-The front patio is a shared space with the upper unit. Guests can use front patio but we ask that guests not to use the front patio before 10am or after 9pm.
-The backyard area is only for the use of Seaside Suite guests.
-Please be respectful of the lower units and other guests, and to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.
KEYLESS ENTRY:
-Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING:
-There is no driveway or designated parking, street parking is available at this property.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.

Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
