My husband Mike and I are from Kentucky, but have fallen in love with SWFL as our second home for the past 8 years! We are blessed with a small piece of the Cape paradise to share with you!
Why they chose this property
Caloosahatchee is a residential area along the Caloosahatchee River, popular for boating, fishing, and dining. It's home to Yacht Club Community Park, with a marina, fishing pier, and large public beach. It's a well established area and very close to just about anything you could possibly want to do in SWFL.
What makes this property unique
Our house was built in 1962 just after Cape Coral was founded as the "Waterfront Wonderland" so we aimed to keep some retro charm while also offering updated amenities. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, fun, and sunny space for you :)
