Wonderful, typical Floridian-style condo in the heart of the Palm Colony neighborhood. The charming condo is located on the 1st floor with view over pool and lake. It has 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, a spacious private lanai, an open, high-ceiling living area with dining, kitchen and breakfast area. The library also has a desk and can be used as an office. Internet, cable, garage and utilities (water/electric) are included. Tenants have access to all amenities of Pelican Landing (tennis, fitness center, canoe, private island & beach. etc.). The pool is right down from the condo and includes outdoor dining and grilling. Our condo has a very welcoming, personal and true Florida-summer feel – you will feel at home immediately!
