This traditional ranch house with a mid-century modern flair sits on an estate sized lot nestled into one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the area, Magnesia Falls Cove in Rancho Mirage. All of the amenities for desert relaxation are here. Although you will enjoy the serenity of your own private retreat, know that shopping, restaurants, spas, movie theaters, hiking trails, and golf can all be found within one mile of this property.

Enjoy complete privacy while lounging by the heated pool & Jacuzzi in the backyard. Work on your tan, or relax in the shade of the patio that runs the length of the house. Practice your short game on our 5 hole putting green and chipping areas. Play horseshoes on our regulation length horseshoe pit. Or catch up on work with our fast and free WiFi. The main house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen, lounge, and living room all share an open floor plan creating a communal environment great for entertaining family and friends. A fully furnished kitchen with a huge counter and bar area are perfect for all of your culinary endeavors. And of course a propane BBQ in the backyard is available for grilling.

The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, a full bathroom with shower, a walk in closet, and vanity. The main guest room has another king sized bed and large closet. The third guest room has 2 Queen size beds and another large closet. Each room has a flat screen TV with cable.

The Casita has a queen size bed, bathroom, TV, AC unit, and kitchenette. It sits poolside surrounded by a private, sun drenched, backyard with captivating 360 degree mountain and valley views.

In the evening gather around the fire pit or sit in the hot tub and enjoy the 360 degree view of the San Jacinto Mountains and Coachella Valley. Appreciate magnificent star gazing unobstructed by street lights or telephone poles.

Need a break from golf and lounging by the pool? The River is walking distance from the house and the acclaimed El Paseo shopping district is a short drive away. There are great hiking trails nearby for all levels of hikers. If your lucky you may spot a family of Bighorn Sheep!

IMPORTANT: ESPECIALLY MUSIC FESTIVAL GUESTS, BEFORE REQUESTING A RESERVATION READ ALL STRICTLY ENFORCED CITY OF RANCHO MIRAGE RENTAL RULES :

The City has a hotline where neighbors can call 24 hours a day and code compliance officers will respond by coming to the house. Officers have a no tolerance policy and can issue guests a citation for any violations of the City’s Rules ranging from $1,000 to $8000.
1. NO amplified sound or music must be audible from outside the home at
any time. This means that you can NOT play any music outside. Any music played inside the home must also NOT be audible from the outside.
2. NO loud or boisterous pool play between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.
3. NO more than 3 cars allowed to be parked at the property. Park only on the Driveway. No street parking.
4. Our home has 4 bedrooms and is only licensed to sleep 8 overnight
guests (up to 4 children 3 years old and younger can sleep over in addition to the 8 guests).
(including the above overnight guests) are allowed at the home. This is to keep the home from having a large gathering.
5. The Primary Renter must be at least 30 years old. This will be verified
upon check in through a driver’s license or passport.
