From the Bicycle-themed master bedroom with luxury bedding to the Fishing-themed bunk room, every space is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and style. The Snowboard-themed bunk room adds variety, while the Rock climbing-themed master bedroom on the upper level is the pinnacle of sophistication.
Year-Round Comfort: New mini-split air conditioning systems were added in the fall of 2021 to ensure comfort regardless of the season.
Ample Parking: The property provides parking for two cars (expandable to three for compact vehicles). However, with Canyons Village proximity, a car is optional, as you can rely on free public transportation and ride-sharing services.
Recreation and Relaxation: Enjoy the nearby pool complex and Red Pine Clubhouse, featuring three outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, a volleyball court, horseshoes, and a dry sauna. Pool passes allow up to 10 guests at a time; please adhere to posted rules to avoid fines.
Please Note: No alcohol or glass is permitted in the pool complex. HOA regulations will confiscate passes for violations, subjecting guests to fines of $100 per day of confiscation.

-4 Bedroom with plenty of space for the Family each with its own fun theme!-The complex boasts 3 outdoor pools (2 Large and 1 Kidde with 1 Large Pool staying open over the winter season), two hot tubs (1 Indoor and 1 Outdoor both of which are open through the winter season), tennis/pickleball courts, a volleyball court, horseshoes, and a Dry Sauna. (Seasonal Opening and Restriction Apply)-High-Speed Wifi (510 MBPS)-Short Walk it's just a 200-yard stroll to the base of the Cabriolet lift. Alternatively, summon the free community shuttle for your convenience.-Parking for Two Vehicles Outside One Spot Covered and One Uncovered-In the summer enjoy close proximity to Hiking and Golfing at the Canyons Resort-Getting around Park City is super convenient using the Free Park City bus system which has stops all over town.
