Why they chose this property
Everyone should have the chance to visit and be a part of small town life. Kamiah maintains a small-town charm. The downtown area features quaint shops, local eateries, and historic buildings. This setting allows for a slower pace of life, where people can enjoy the simple pleasures of a close-knit community... a place where everyone knows their neighbors, creating a strong sense of belonging. Community events and gatherings, such as fairs, parades, and local festivals, contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What makes this property unique
Short walk to town (about 2 minutes away from Hearthstone Restaurant/Bakery and 5 minute walk to the grocery store). Close to the river- about 2 minute drive to the Kamiah Park boat launch. End of street privacy. Covered parking. Large entertaining space with a huge 9ft slider that opens up to the backyard.
