• Third-Party Verification - To ensure the safety and compliance of our properties, we partner with Super Hog for independent verification. Prior to your stay, you'll receive a request via email or text to verify your details. This step must be completed to finalize your booking.
• Required Documents - A signed rental agreement and a photo ID from the primary guest are mandatory for access to the home.
• Age Requirements - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. For every 3 guests aged 15-25, one parent or guardian over 25 must be present and staying in the property.
• Occupancy - The maximum occupancy of this property is 14 guests, including infants. This limit must be respected at all times.
• Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellations made 30+ days before arrival
50% refund for cancellations made 14+ days before arrival
No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
• Parking & Amenity Passes - Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Security actively monitors the area. Amenity wristbands are necessary for access to the pool, tram, and beach.
• Complimentary Bikes - Bikes are provided with your stay. A signed waiver is required for their use.
• Check-In/Arrival Time - Check-in is after 4:00 PM CST at the property. During peak seasons, early check-in is not available. We aim to have the property ready by 4:00 PM but cannot guarantee an exact time during busy periods.
• Check-Out/Departure Time - Check-out is by 10:00 AM CST. Late check-out is not available during peak seasons.
• Smart Locks - Access the home using a smart lock. Your unique code will be provided with check-in details prior to your arrival.
• Communication - Your host is available via booking platform messaging, email, phone, or text. An emergency contact is also available locally if needed.
• Noise Ordinance - Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as mandated by Walton County. No parties, loud gatherings, or events are allowed to maintain peace within the neighborhood.
• Smoking - This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in any form is strictly prohibited. There will be a $1500 fee charged for any violations.
• Pets - No pets are allowed in the property. There will be a $1500 fee charged for any violations.
• Linens - We provide high-quality luxury towels and linens. Guests will be charged for any damage or staining of these items.
• Damage - Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents. Cleaning, repair, or replacement costs will be applied accordingly.
• Golf Carts - Golf carts are not allowed in Seacrest Beach, except for property owners. Security enforces this rule throughout the community.
