If its winter, spring, summer or fall this Riverside Getaway is your “home away from home”. Our vacation condo has all of the comforts of home including granite countertops, large master bath, comfortable sectional sofa – not to mention breathtaking views and sounds of the of the Pemi river flowing by the windows. All you’ll need is your toothbrush and some clothes as we’ll have everything you need - from kitchen equipment to linens and towels. Our unit even has strong wireless internet! Come experience what the White Mountains have to offer! Perfect if you’re planning a family vacation or a getaway with your partner!

Love this spot- any time of year. Beautiful spot next to the river, end unit always nice and quiet. The house is clean and cozy and has everything you need. So many fun things to do nearby hiking, shopping, ski spots with lots to do, and great summer swimming. Owner is very nice .

It was hard to leave! Gorgeous view!
We came to NH to see the fall colors and this location did not disappoint. The property backs up to a gorgeous river and has a beautiful view. We had coffee on the deck each morning before heading out. The unit is a great size with two full bedrooms and bathrooms it has a large living room, dining room and kitchen. We had several meals in the room to help cut down on costs. Great property! You can’t go wrong booking this place.

Family vacation
We absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we walked into the condo and saw our window views of the river we fell in love! The space was perfect for our family of 5. There was plenty to do to keep the kids entertained from provided board games, outside adventures which include river fun, trails and swimming pool.

Ever want to stay in a cabin in the woods by a river but with all the comforts? Ok, this is not a cabin but a feel like it for sure. Quiet, with the river literally right off the patio, and both bedroom windows. It is my new favorite place in NH. It was clean, comfortable, communication was wonderful, the pool is heated. We can't wait to go back!!!

Three years and counting. Eric is wonderful to communicate with and is always quick to respond. The location to town, Franconia Notch and the Kancamagus Highway is ideal! The Pemi River flowing along the back deck was relaxing to listen to and watch as was the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities and the home was clean. We look forward to our next stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment to prepare meals. Bed was very comfortable for us. The best part was the view and sounds of the beautiful river from the deck. We would certainly visit again.

The condo is lovely and clean. Plenty of space, kitchen is really well supplied. Nothing better than sleeping with the windows open to listen to the river. The owner does a great job with communication and is flexible and helpful.

I grew up in New England a die hard skier and always dreamed of having a second home in the mountains. When I discovered Loon while going to college in Boston, I immediately fell in love with the area. Today, there are 10 of us college friends that have homes here and watching our families grow and make memories has been the most amazing thing. With life getting busier, we're not able to use it all of the time, so we wanted to give others the ability to make memories in Lincoln, NH as well.

Why they chose this property

Our condo has everything you need, including furniture and finishes like you would find in your own home. Being able to open your windows at night during the Summer, Spring and Fall to hear the roar of the Pemi River, puts you right to sleep. You can easily walk along the scenic paved river walk to Loon Mountain or it's a quick 2 minute drive in the Winter. Whether it's Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, this condo is perfectly located.
