If you're planning to explore beyond San Juan, renting a car may be more convenient, as it can be difficult to find Ubers or taxis outside the city. Please note, the apartment does not have designated parking. There is a public parking lot in front of the building, and street parking is also available.

Subletting is not allowed
Please do not hang towels from the balcony or windows
We are not responsible for any personal items left behind, so be sure to check your belongings before checking out

12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

14. Please take the trash out before you leave.
