Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, with updates throughout the classic, single story ranch home, that 1.25 miles to the south entrance of Augusta National. Large TVs (43-65") and small desks are located in each of the bedrooms and with additional TVs (58-70") in every primary room, to include an outdoor TV on the patio. Bonus room is both a small theater and game room. The laundry room includes both a washer and dryer, as well as a second full-size refrigerator. The parking easily fits three to four vehicles on the new circular driveway. The home is centrally located and close to everything in Augusta - restaurants, shopping, golf courses, Daniel Field private airport, hospitals, and Fort Eisenhower.
