Cozy Guest House on 3 acres
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
Located in Orange, Texas it is only 1/2 mile to I-10. We are on the border of Texas & LA and midway between lake Charles, LA and Beaumont, TX. We are in a very quiet, private neighborhood with one entry road. It is a safe place for a morning walk. Enjoy a very large circle driveway at the main house, and a beautiful walk way through the side gate to the Guest House in the back property. The Guest House is separate from the main house.
The Coastal retreat themed guest house includes a regular size kitchen with full refrigerator, sink, oven/stove, dishes, pots, and microwave. There is a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is a bathroom with shower and tub, Queen sized bed, a couch, TV, AC, 2 small chests with 3 drawers each. A closet with a clothes rack. A small dinner table and 2 chairs.
We think you will love sleeping on the brand new memory foam mattress. We have plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows.
Our space can sleep 2 adults.
It’s a clean space and has the essentials—and we think you’ll find it comfortable and relaxing. You’ll feel safe in our lovely neighborhood and find it convenient to most places in the Golden Triangle. We love our neighborhood and love our home and are happy to share it with you.
