Backing up to green space, this 3-bedroom, 2-full bath home features an open floor plan, 9' ceilings, formal dining room w/ lots of natural light, spacious vaulted great room, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless and granite kitchen open to the family room, generous sized bedrooms. Front porch with bench and patio area seating, and grill. No smoking inside allowed. Landlord/Tenant must abide by Cave Hill Place Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. The Owners are licensed Realtors in the State of Kentucky & Florida. Security video/audio recording cameras located at the garage door, front Ring doorbell & back door (only on the exterior of the house).

NCAA Tournament

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay for the NCAA Men's basketball tournament. GREAT location, very safe, very quite and close to tons of places to eat and shop. Would definitely recommend this for your stay in the Lexington, KY area.

The home is beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked, and so comfortable! Owner was very responsive - excellent communication. We struggled a little with Roku (we’re old!) but finally figured out how to get NBC live to watch the SNL 50th Anniversary Show, lol.

Great location and a great place to stay

The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. And the location is so convenient to the airport, Keeneland, UK, shopping and dining. And the host is great! We visit Lexington a couple times a year and this is one we’ll definitely want to stay in again.

Bourbon tour

Very nice place and clean! Comfortable furniture and bed with plenty of towels. Nice to see good silverware and matching dishes to use. We enjoyed the back yard and access to the church property through the back yard. We would stay again when on another Bourbon tour. If there was anything negative it would be the smell of the garbage can in the garage and in the closet. Easy fix to clean and deodorize for the next guest I'm sure. Don't pass this place up if you need to stay in the Lexington area!

Comfort & Elegance

Everything about this property is well appointed. The owner thought about details for our stay with convenient add ins that made it a pleasure to be here. Very clean, well decorated and gorgeous home. We came for a work trip and it is always hard when you are on the road, to be able to come home and actually feel at home made such a difference. The owner came through to help on things we needed in record time and with care and we cannot thank them enough. The location is close to everything while still being in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Backyard is private with a grill which was also very nice. Overall we all loved staying here and would stay here again.

Nice weekend getaway

Traveled with some friends to visit Keeneland and distilleries. Had a wonderful time. House was perfect for our stay. Close to Keeneland and downtown Lexington. Was very clean and decorated nicely. Had all the amenities we needed.

Family Thanksgiving

We live in our RV and our kids were coming into town. This house fit us perfectly and we were able to have an enjoyable time together as a family. House was clean and fully stocked. I would book again when all the family comes to town.
